hi my name is valerin I am 10 year old the song I pick was no one.When I hear this song it make me dance sometimes when I am alone I think about my friends and everybody.Yesterday when I heard my classmates thoughts about the songs they like the song that pick. When I heard the song for the first time me and my three sisters we dance beacause we loved the song so much that every time . I heard this song and we alone we don't care about what people say it alright.When I am mad and I can't handle it I turn the radio up and I put this song on.

The Purpose of Our Blog

The students in Ms. Rainbow's Fifth Grade Advisory class at New Heights Academy Charter School are sharing the songs that inspire, incite, and interest them. Each student will have the opportunity to share their song and explain to the class how this song makes them feel. The class will discuss the song's lyrics and other components and converse about how the song affects the other students. The student whose song it is will write a blog about their feelings about the song and any other information they see fit to include.

In this way, we will find out how each other interprets music and learn new ways to cope when feeling down. We can all refer to this blog whenever we need motivation or uplift in the future!
